小伊顿双语幼稚园的教师是由上海本地的名教师和从以英语为母语国家聘请来的外籍教师组成。中外籍教师均具有学前教育认可资格和丰富教学经验。受聘的中外籍教师都要经过本园的系统性培训 , 使小伊顿的办园目的和理念, 通过教师的言传身教，得以贯彻实施在每一天；每一时的教学活动中 小伊顿聘用执照厨师 , 依照上海市幼儿膳食营养规定, 精心策划孩子们每天的两点一餐, 使他们吃得好, 吃得科学。小伊顿拥有经验丰富的保育员队伍, 负责教学以外的儿童保育工作。本园有全职保健医生, 负责晨检和儿童在校时的保健工作。小伊顿还为居住较远的孩子提供校车服务。 |

教师介绍：张曦——我毕业于西安师范学院学前教育专业，有三年多教育经验，我认为环境可以影响孩子的一生，教师是儿童的重要环境。所以，希望在我这里，孩子们可以用嘴表达需要，用手模仿创造，用眼睛探索知识，用心感受生活。为孩子形成健康独立的人格打下良好基础。
I graduated from Xi'an normal school, majoring in preschool education. I have had 3 years experience in the education of young learners. In my opinion, a child's environment can influence all of a child's life and the teacher is the most important environmental influence on children. So I hope I can lay a strong foundation for the healthy and independent growth and the personality of the children. |

My name is Elza James and I am an Australian teacher who has been involved in teaching and planning English curriculum for twenty years. I have been teaching in kindergartens throughout Shanghai for the past four years. I find it very satisfying to teach children because you can sense their excitement every day as they meet new experiences. I am particularly thrilled about working at Little Eton because the educational plans are based on sound curriculum practices with a balanced focus on play and specific learning episodes. I look forward to working with parents to help the children thrive in this environment. |

Education: 4 years studying Primary school teaching at Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia. Advanced certificate of TESOL teaching. Teaching Experience 2 years experience teaching English in China, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I have taught in many schools in China and Little Eton is by far the best experience I have had so far.
