Introduction of the Founder

    Ms. Betty Q. Sha, has worked at the management level for 12 years in various industries. After 18 years of overseas stay in U.S. and Hong Kong, She moved back to Shanghai to set up a joint venture education company--US-Chiway Educational Consulting Limited¡ªwith a local private education group. The company has invested and established a bilingual and bi-cultural preschool chain--Little Eton Bilingual Kindergarten. The preschool has been a tremendous success and become a brand name in early childhood education industry in shanghai. An extended play group center-Totsgarten-has been established lately, aiming to serve for babies from 0-3 years old.

After graduating from Shanghai Foreign Language University with a BA in English in 1984, Ms. Sha has taught in Qing Hua University, Foreign Language Department for one year before she obtained a Teaching Assistant scholarship from University of Pittsburgh and obtained her Master degree in Social Psychology. Ms. Sha has also earned a MBA degree from California State University in the year of 2000.

Ms. Sha is a member of National Association of Education for Young Children (NAEYC in Washington, D. C.), and an active member of American Chamber of Commerce Shanghai branch.
